Absolut Pear Martini with Amaretto
A simple and refreshing pear martini made with pear vodka, Amaretto and Pineapple juice

This pear martini with amaretto has become our new go-to martini drink. After work, the hubby and I usually have a glass of pinot grigio wine. We tend not to have hard alcohol during the workweek., We wait until date night to consume spirits drinks.

Our favorite go-to wine is Santa Margarita Pinot Grigio. But I forgot to restock our bar with wine, and we had a snowstorm in New York, and over the three days of being in the house, we consumed all the wine. So, after work, the hubby wanted some wine, and I found out we were all out of wine.
We didn't want to drink anything heavy since we had work in the morning. So, I tested my bartending skills and came up with this delicious Martini. It was light, full of flavors, and only three ingredients to make this tasty drink. I posted this drink on my Instagram page, and my followers went crazy for the recipe. I also had some friends over, and they had me make this drink for them. It instantly becomes their new favorite drink since it's so easy to make and only requires three ingredients.

2 ounces pear vodka (I used Absolut)
1 ½ ounces Disaronno Amaretto
½-1 ounce Pineapple Juice
Pineapple slice for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway full of ice and place your martini glass in the freezer for a quick chill.
Combine all the ingredients into the shaker and shake vigorously to combine, about 30 seconds. Pour into your already chilled glass. Enjoy!
