Let us face it; Lobster is intimating to cook at home; if you overcook it by just a few seconds, you turned what could have been an elegant seafood dinner into a rubbery failure. Our air fryer is our new favorite kitchen equipment. We use an air fryer twice a week, and I had made this recipe three times already. In my opinion, this is the best way to cook my Lobster Tail. Using the air fryer has control heat, and you really can't mess up this recipe. I gave my friend, who is a terrible cook, this recipe and let me tell you her husband gave me a call and thank me. He said it is the best fancy meal she ever cooked before. He told me the Lobster was so moist and juicy and could not believe that she made it. This Lobster Tail is a simple but elegant meal to create in an air fryer. It is a 15-minute meal. If you have a large air fryer as I do, you can throw some vegetables in with it. One day I was trying to get a reservation at one of Dwayne, and my favorite restaurant with impressive Lobster Tails. I was calling for two weeks until I gave up and said to him, let us make our Lobster Tail using the air fryer. I made it as though we were going out to the restaurant. We both dressed up. I bought out our favorite champagne. We sat in our main dining room, and I made baked potato and some broccolini to go along with our meal. It took me less than an hour to prepare this fancy meal. If you want a complete meal using an air fryer, bake potato cooks very well. It takes about 25-30 minutes to cook. And if you want to know the air fryer that I use, I will have the link below.
Ingredients:
2 (4oz) Lobster Tails Thawed out
¼ to 1/8 salt
4 TBSP Butter
1 tsp. Lemon Zest
1 clove Garlic, Grated.
1 tsp. Chopped Fresh Parsley
Lemon Wedges, For Garnish
Directions:
You want to Preheat your air fryer to 380F.
Now using kitchen shears, cut lobster tail lengthwise through the center of hard top shells and meat, cutting to the bottom of the shells.
Spread half of the tails apart. Arrange tail meat side up in the fryer basket. Sprinkle with pepper and salt
Melt your butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in Garlic and Lemon Zest. Cook until the garlic is tender. It takes about 30 seconds.
Now you want to transfer 2 TBSP butter mixture to a small bowl and brush onto the Lobster.
Cook until your Lobster Tail is dense for five to seven minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve with remaining butter. Want to be fancy garnish with a lemon wedge.
I will be trying this recipe this weekend😜
