Ingredients:


1 cup of pineapple

1 cup of cucumber

An inch of ginger

4 Cups of water

Juice from one lemon


Directions:


In a blender, you want to add your water, followed by the juice of your lemon, then add your fruit and vegetables.


You want to use the Puree function and blend for 10-15 seconds. You can drink immediately, but if you want your drink to be cold, fridge for an hour. Drink twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed.
