"Most homeowners spend between $13,087 and $37,121 or $75 to $250 per square foot. The total expense varies depending on the size of the space, the quality of materials, and whether you change the room's layout". I'm going to give you some tricks and tips on how to improve your kitchen on an affordable budget. I have listed ten ways to improve your kitchen look without a full renovation and show you how to complete a full renovation on your kitchen for less than $10,000. That is what I did for one of the properties that we have above Dwayne medical office. This is the home that family stays at when visiting us in New York.

Dwayne and I both come from a big family, our home does not always have space to house both sides, so this 3- bedroom home Is the perfect spot to room everyone. So, since we live in NYC, we have a lot of visitors that come to visit. We wanted to make everyone feel comfortable, and like they were at home. Our family loves spending time in the kitchen, and everyone loves to cook. Our kitchen was outdated and was not the right function to make a good meal. The appliances were old, and it came with the place when we purchased them. So, before the Thanksgiving holiday last year, we decided to do a whole kitchen renovation, but on a budget.
So, before I hired my contractor, I looked at the price of a new kitchen and was incredibly surprised at the cost. I knew Dwayne, and I was not trying to pay that price. At this time, we just sold our main home and was looking for our dream house. We decided to do the full makeover since we made out good selling our home, we got a cash offer over the asking price plus the flip side of that I sold the home myself and didn't have to pay a realtor to do so, again we had some extra cash sitting around. I did my research and found companies and products that fit our budget to make a fabulous kitchen that is functional and glamorous. When looking to do a kitchen makeover have a theme in mind, I went with a rose gold theme for our makeover. So almost all my appliances and kitchenware have that theme. I am sharing with you where I got my materials and products. So, do not be afraid to click the links.
