Throw an Indoor Picnic: Stage a picnic blanket and basket of food and eat your dinner as though you were having a picnic outside in the park.





Host an International Dinner Night: Pick out a country that you would like to visit or cuisine you love to eat at a restaurant and make it at home with your family.



Host a Themed Movie Night: Plan for an evening of back-to-back viewing of the movies your family loves to watch.  You can dress up like the characters in the movie( e.g. Sex In the City). Make sure you have plenty of snacks on hand! 



Film a Cooking Show: Cooking is a Popular topic. Cooking shows are so popular these days that there are networks that only broadcast shows about cooking.  Pick out your favorite food recipes from the restaurant you enjoy dining at or foods you would like to try and make those dishes. 


Make a Family Scrapbook: The ideas for creating your family scrapbook are endless. Personalize this and make it personal, e.g., family vacations, weddings and baby showers. After all, this is your story you are telling!



Have a Karaoke Night: Plan a night of karaoke with the family if your kids already owns a PlayStation or Wii devices you can use that or purchase a Karaoke Microphone from #amazon you can purchase one for under 30 Bucks Who doesn’t like singing?


Host an English Tea Party:  Dress up in your Sunday best and host an English Tea Party. There are recommendations, recipes, and even games to play on the internet Use your friend google. Do a bit of exploring and planning, then host the perfect tea party at home for your family.




Have a Spa Night: Do an at-home spa night.  put on relaxing music, light some candles and make your atmosphere resemble a spa. You can do massage, facials, manicures, and pedicures. You also can have nice long bubble baths. 



Camp Fire:  Have a camp fire in your backyard, roast some marshmallows, hot dogs or s’mores and talk or sing around the fire.


Play Games: Take it back old school style with board games like Monopoly, The Game of Life and card games like Uno and Old Maid.
