If you miss going out to your favorite Brunch spot, bring it to your home. One of my favorite breakfast meals to order when out for breakfast is Lox and Bagel Sandwich. If you never had one, this is what it is Lox (Yiddish: לאַקס) is a fillet of brined salmon. Lox is one type of salmon product served on a bagel with cream cheese and is usually garnished with tomato, sliced onion, cucumbers, and capers. So I’m going to show you how to make you one of my favorite Breakfast sandwiches. It is super easy and straightforward to male and guess what it will take you less than 10 minutes to make. Most grocery stores sell pre-sliced smoked salmon and cream cheese, which makes this recipe a snap.

Steps to Make It Lox Bagels:
Spread the toasted bagel bottom halves with cream cheese.
Sprinkle half the capers over the cream cheese, if desired.

Additional ingredients that go well with the smoked salmon bagel are fresh herbs like dill or chives. You can add a few thin slices of tomatoes or cucumbers.
