Succulent tender chicken in a mouthwatering marinade, skewered and grilled to perfection. This grilled chicken marinade is the best! This easy chicken marinade recipe is my go-to every time I grill chicken. This marinade is a prime in our household if the chicken is going on the grill… it’s most likely being marinated in this recipe. These ingredients came together randomly. I wanted to marinate some chicken, and I just searched around my pantry for staple ingredients to use. You can use chicken breasts or thighs, it’s up to you and doesn’t matter which are used. If you do not like the veggie combination I chose, just substitute your favorites! That’s the great thing about these grilled chicken kabobs; they’re easily altered to fit each person’s taste buzz. I make two different marinates, one for the chicken and one for the vegetables. The distinct taste of the vegetable and chicken is a party in your mouth.
