This is the time of year to make travel arrangements for relaxation. It can be to an island resort, beach, or cruise ship. In this segment of the week in fashion, I have included information on how to pack perfectly for your vacation without taking too much and to be able to travel light. Comfortable and fashionable all in one.
It is crucial to carry suitable clothing for your destination, to pack what you need and what is required for your trip.
To take enough clothing and accessories that can be interchangeable. The best clothing to bring for your trip is easy to fold, does not take too much room in your suitcase, is breathable, and is easy to clean and wrinkle-free if possible.
Depending on where you are going, what you have planned at your destination, and how many days you will be gone. It would be best if you opted to pack accordingly. The correct number of outfits, accessories, undergarments, shoes, and luggage is key to a successful trip. Also, it is imperative that you pack a coverup, shawl, or sweater for those cold days, at the pool, or walks on the beach at night.
The most important thing to have a successful vacation is first to make sure you know what the temperature may be at your destination. To pack light and bring only what is needed. This would include your clothing, swimwear, shoes, underwear, jewelry, beauty supplies, accessories, makeup, and toiletries.
Makeup:
Makeup should be light and elemental. It should match your makeup and be interchangeable. Do not overdo the makeup, especially if you will be somewhere hot and tropical. You should wear makeup that breaths and do not clog your pores. Furthermore, opt for something light like mineral-based makeup that allows your skin to breathe and come in many shades and colors. Also, it is good to have a significant bronzer that can be used to highlight your face and body.
Hair/ Hair Accessories:
You can choose from many hairstyles to wear while on vacation. If you want something that you do not have to do too much to then, a nice ponytail or braids will do. Otherwise, you can wear a sophisticated upsweep at night or wear your hair down with pins or hair combs to accentuate your do. Hairbands and scrunchies will work as well, especially when you are at the pool or lying at the beach.
Perfume:
Make sure not to wear any heavy perfumes, lotions, or oils. Instead, go with a light and airy scented fragrance or body oil. Another great idea is to wear a fragrant aromatic iridescent body oil that will work as a scent and highlight your skin all at the same time.
Outfits:
Choose interchangeable outfits that can be worn several times. Then, make sure to pack accordingly and learn how to pack your outfits together with your underwear and roll them together before packing them in your suitcase.
Swimwear:
Choose a swimsuit per your comfort zone. Ensure it fits appropriately because you do not want to experience any surprise accidents causing embarrassment while trying to sunbathe. Try to choose a swimsuit paired with a coverup, shorts, sarong, or pants that you maybe use as part of your dining attire.
Accessories:
It is imperative to take a big sun hat to sit at the pool or on the beach. This is to keep the sun off you and allow you to sit and relax in comfort. A lovely straw tote to wear while sitting in the pool or on the beach can carry all of your essential items, including a change of clothing if needed—lastly, a great pair of sunglasses to keep out the glare.
Shoes:
A pair of stick sandals or flip-flops are always crucial. These can always be interchangeable with wearing them on the beach, site seeing or wearing while dining. A pair of low kitten comfortable heels are always good to have. This style can be paired with a lovely sundress, shorts, or palazzo pants. A couple of comfortable walking shoes that can be worn while you are out site seeing.
