Toasted S’mores Martini

Updated: Dec 16, 2023

I recently discovered this Toasted S'mores Martini, and it has quickly become one of my favorite drinks this fall. Layer Baileys S'more Liqueur, whipped vodka, and chocolate liquor over a graham cracker crust to make this delicious and beautiful cocktail. It's the perfect festive drink for the autumn season.

As someone who enjoys making unique cocktails, I couldn't resist trying out Baileys' new S'more Liqueur. I wanted to create an adult version of one of my childhood favorites, and this martini did not disappoint. I have a full bar in my family room and love experimenting with different recipes.

If you're a martini lover like me, check out my other recipes for a unique twist on this classic drink. And if you're hosting holiday parties this year, the Toasted S'mores Martini will impress your guests.

INGREDIENTS

1 oz. Bailey's smores Liqueurs

1.5 oz. Smirnoff Whipped Cream

1 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur

1/4 cup Ghirardelli Chocolate sauce

2 Jumbo Marshmallow

Honey Maid Grahams (2 crushed graham crackers)

INSTRUCTIONS

PREPARE YOUR GLASS:

Add your chocolate sauce onto a small plate, just wider than the rim of the martini glass.

Crush up graham crackers and place them on another plate next to the chocolate sauce

Dip the rim of your martini glass in the chocolate sauce and turn to coat. Then do the same with the graham cracker crumbs.

PREPARE YOUR GARNISH:

Stick a skewer through a marshmallow and toast the marshmallow using a grill or kitchen torch. Set aside.

MAKING THE DRINK:

Add the baileys smore liqueurs, Smirnoff whipped cream and Godiva chocolate to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.

Strain the cocktail into your prepared martini glass and add your marshmallow garnish.

Serve immediately.

This Toasted S’mores Martini is so much fun to make. I love dressing up a classic s’more as a fancy drink. And the toasted marshmallow makes it look SO better.
