TROPICAL MOSCATO SANGRIA

Updated: Jan 18, 2023

.

Are you looking for a perfect summertime drink? Look no further than my delicious sangria cocktail! It's made with vodka, triple sec, Moscato wine, pineapple juice, and peach-mango juice. It's sure to hit the spot and get you ready for the summer! If you love sangria, don't wait any longer, try making it today.

I like to make my sangria less traditional. I opt to combine different liquors with the wine and mix things with other flavors like juices and fruits. For my Tropical Moscato Sangria, I added Vodka and Triple Sec. I hope you like this full of fruity-flavored, tropical sangria. So, so perfect for bank holidays, barbecues, picnics, girl’s night in, or pretending I am in the tropics.

IS THIS A STRONG COCKTAIL?

This Sangria is a reasonably potent cocktail. You have three alcohol sources in this drink (wine, Vodka, and triple sec). So, it’s a pretty strong drink. But, if you wanted to take it down a notch, you could add more pineapple juice or even throw in some orange juice. I am happy to think it is perfect, but if you taste it and it is too much for you, add in more juice or something fuzzy like 7-up or sprite.

1 mango peeled and chopped

2 cups strawberries stemmed and sliced

3 cups fresh pineapple peeled and chopped

2 kiwis sliced

2 liter Moscato wine (I use Strawberry and Peach flavored  Moscato )

11.3 ounces peach-mango

1 cup Pineapple Juice

1 Cup Vodka

½ Triple Sec

Instructions

Add fruit to a 4 Quart-pitcher or Jug

Pour in Vodka, triple sec and Moscato wine, pineapple juice, and peach-mango juice. Stir to mix everything together.

Allow to sit in the fridge overnight, or at least 8 hours.

Serve in wine glasses being sure to get some of the fruit into each glass.
