• 1 lb. Colorful carrots

    One medium size lemons


• 3 tbsp agave

½ Cup of bacon bites

Baking & Spices

•  Salt & White Pepper

Cranberries & Glazed walnuts


• 3 tbsp Butter

 Here is a step-by-step recipe for a delicious and colorful dish of lemon-glazed carrots. To begin with, clean the carrots thoroughly or peel their skin using a peeler.

Now add them to some boiling water for 2-3 minutes.

To get the carrots soft and cut the roasting time, towel-dry the carrots and place them on a baking sheet.

Melt some butter using a microwave or on the stove, and once it's melted, stir in some agave. Squeeze a lemon into the mixture until it dissolves, and then add some salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle the mixture over the carrots to create the agave sugar glaze.
