When a vision board is placed in a space where you see it often, you essentially end up doing short visualization exercises throughout the day.

Step-by-Step Guide: How To Create A Vision Board That Works
1. You want a few minutes to write down your most meaningful and most important goals for all your life areas you want to enhance. You may choose near-term goals, long-term goals, or a mix of the two.
2. One of the most important things is that your goals are motivating to you! Highlight your top destinations. You probably want to focus on your ultimate five goals spanning various areas of your lives, including Career, Wealth, Relationships, Travel, and Health.
3. You want to Find Inspirational Images for Your Vision board. You to start by Finding images that match your big dreams and your top goals. Photographs that inspire you, Google images, or cuts them out of magazines. Look for illustrations that make you say, „Yes, that’s what I want for my life. “Images that bring positive feelings to you. The more specific, the better. Concentrate on how the images make you FEEL. You can also add quotes or inspirational words.
What you'll need:
Glue-stick /Glue Spray to put your board together. Scissors, tape
Any kind of board, White Board with magnets/ Cork Board with pins if you are new maybe start with a poster board from the Drug store (I am using a black board from the dollar store. If you want, amusing markers, stickers, glitter, or anything else you can think of to decorate your board. Shopping at the dollar store, you can pick up plenty of the items you would need to set up your vision board.
Time. You want to Give yourself a stress-free two or three hours to put your board together.
If you are a social person, invite you friends over and have a party out of it. I hosted a vision board party this year with my closet friend and my staff.
I had a real party out of it; I made a cocktail and served an appetizer. I wanted to end the year with a fun get-together; 2020 has been a tuff year for us all. I made sure to put on my board everything I'm looking forward to in life.
I set up a vision board table. I laid my boards, scissors, markers, magazine, and glue out on top of a folded table. I added a tablecloth for stye. I had my guest picked up their supplies to start their vision board. I feel this is the best way for everything to go smoothly. You do not have to rush and find your materials if you already have them set out for your guest.
